Privacy & Fraud Prevention Notice

When you submit the reviewer verification form or a customer feedback page, we record the information you provide together with technical information about the request. This is used for security, identity verification and abuse prevention only.

What we record

• Submission date and time, and the pages you arrived from and landed on
• IP address and the approximate country, region and city derived from it
• Network provider information and VPN, proxy, hosting or Tor indicators where available
• Browser, operating system, device category, language, timezone and screen size
• A session identifier, form completion time and duplicate-submission indicators
• Contact details, declared city, payment preference and any screenshots you upload

We do not collect precise GPS location. If precise location is ever needed, your browser will ask for permission first and we will explain why.

Screenshots

Uploaded screenshots are stored in private storage. They are never published and are only viewable by authorised administrators through short-lived, signed links. A fingerprint of each image is stored so we can detect duplicate or reused screenshots.

Payments

Payment preference is collected for payments or reimbursements that are unrelated to whether you post a Google review or what rating you give. Compensation is never conditioned on posting a review.

Retention and deletion

Records are retained according to the configured retention period and can be deleted on request. Access to records is restricted to authenticated administrators and every access or change is written to an audit log.
